The Basics
Ideally, we wouldn't collect anything. But to run a website and reply to your emails, we need a few basics. This policy applies to **Ideagence** and the website you are currently looking at.
By using our site, you agree to the practices described here. If you don't agree, you can still browse. Just know we use the basics required to run the site and reply to emails.
What we collect
Information you give us: If you fill out our contact form, we get your name, email, and whatever details you share about your project. We use this to talk to you. That’s it.
Information the machine gets: Like 99% of the internet, we use tools to see how the site is performing. This might include your IP address, browser type, and which pages you visited. We look at this in aggregate to fix bugs and improve the flow. Use a VPN if you want; we don't mind.
What we do with it
We use your data to:
- Respond to your inquiries (pretty standard).
- Send you proposals or invoices (if we work together).
- Make the website load faster or look better on your specific device.
We never sell your data. We are expensive enough that we don't need to make pennies selling your email to a list broker.
Cookies
We use cookies unless you eat them first.
Jokes aside, cookies are small text files stored on your device. We use them to remember if you’ve been here before. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, and the site will still work, just maybe with a bit less "magic."
Your Rights
It’s your data. You have the right to ask us what we have on you, or to ask us to delete it. Just send an email to hello@ideagence.com and we’ll sort it out.
